Card data stays with Stripe
Guests pay through Stripe's own payment form. Card numbers never touch Gustara or your network.
Hospitality operations, at their best
Gustara turns a QR code on a table, room or sunbed into a complete order: paid, routed to the right kitchen or bar printer, tracked by your team and reported to the penny.

How it works
Four steps, and the order only moves forward when the money has.
A QR code on the table, room or sunbed opens your menu in the guest's browser. No app, no sign-up, no waiting for a server.
Guests browse with allergen and dietary labels, add options and notes, choose a tip, and pay by card or wallet through Stripe.
Only after payment is confirmed does Gustara print a docket, on the kitchen or bar printer your routing rules choose.
Your team works a live board. The guest watches the order move from preparing to ready, and asks for staff or the bill with a tap.
The guest experience
Every screen below is the real product, running on a fictional demo hotel.
WelcomeKnows exactly which sunbed, table or room it is.

CheckoutOptional tip, VAT shown, receipt by email.
TrackingLive progress, no refreshing, no chasing.
One platform
Four connected parts, built together so nothing falls between systems.
A QR menu with options, upsells, tips, VAT and Stripe checkout. Nothing to install.
ExploreItems route to the right printer by Revenue Centre, Area and category. Each docket prints once.
ExploreA live orders board, guest requests, instant 86-ing of dishes and printable shift reports.
ExploreMenu Studio, venue setup, permissions, 17 reports, refunds and a complete audit trail.
ExploreThe golden rule
A kitchen should never cook for an order that was never paid for, and never print the same ticket twice. Gustara enforces both in the database, not in hope.
Nothing reaches the kitchen yet.
No docket. The guest can retry from the same basket.
The order becomes live and is claimed exactly once.
Kitchen, bar and cocktail bar each get only their own items.
Built around your venue
A hotel is not one restaurant. Gustara models your property as it actually runs, so routing, printers and reporting follow the structure you already think in.
Its own dedicated database and web address
The control room
Management and staff screens from the real product.
Oldest unresolved work first. One tap moves an order from New to Preparing, Cooking, Ready and Completed. Move a table, reprint a receipt, filter by Revenue Centre.
Staff service
Revenue, gratuities, VAT and refunds by Revenue Centre, Area, Service Point, category or payment method. Seventeen reports, each exportable to CSV, Excel or PDF.
Management
Each printer reports in through a small on-site bridge. See who is online, what is waiting, test a docket, and route by Revenue Centre, Area and category.
Kitchen & bar
Generate Service Points in bulk, then download labelled QR codes as a print-ready PDF or a ZIP of PNGs. Lose a sticker? Rotate its code and the old one stops working.
Security
Trust, built in
Hospitality systems handle payments and personal data every minute. Gustara is designed so the safe path is the only path.
Guests pay through Stripe's own payment form. Card numbers never touch Gustara or your network.
Each code carries a long random token, not "table 4", and can be rotated if a sticker is lost.
Deactivate an employee or reset a PIN and their open sessions end on the very next click.
Every property runs on its own dedicated database. No shared tables, no cross-venue leaks.
Solutions
Room service, restaurant, pool bar and terrace on one property, each outlet with its own printers and reporting.
HotelsShorter waits, fuller baskets and tidy dockets, with the kitchen and bar each receiving only their own items.
RestaurantsSunbeds, cabanas and terraces. Name any spot, give it a code, and let guests order without leaving their seat.
LeisureQuestions
No. Guests scan a QR code and the menu opens in their phone's browser. There is nothing to install and no account to create.
Nothing reaches your kitchen or bar. The basket is kept, the guest can try again, and a successful retry produces exactly one set of dockets.
No. Gustara is an ordering and payment layer that runs alongside your existing systems. Dockets arrive on network thermal printers, and reports cover everything ordered through Gustara.
Network thermal printers that accept standard ESC/POS over TCP, such as Epson TM-series models, through a small bridge program on your network.
A short walkthrough is the quickest way to see how your outlets, printers and menu would fit. Or try the demo on your phone first.
