Give every room its own QR code. Orders arrive on the Room Service pass, labelled with the room number, and guests follow progress on their own phone.
- Service Points can be rooms as well as tables, created in bulk (for example 101 to 240).
- A dedicated printer and routing for the Room Service Revenue Centre.
- Guests can call for staff or request the bill from the same page.
- Payment and gratuity are taken at the moment of ordering, so there is no room bill to chase afterwards.
