This website sets no cookies at all. Here is the one thing it remembers, and what the demo does differently.
This website
This website does not set cookies, and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Nothing is shared with third parties for profiling.
If you use the light and dark theme switch, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage under the name gustara-theme, so the site looks the same next time you visit. It stays on your device and is never sent to us. Clearing your browser's site data removes it.
The Gustara demo and venues using Gustara
The ordering experience itself, including the demo at demo.gustara.uk, works differently from this website. It uses a small, strictly necessary session cookie so it can recognise your own order while you check out, and your browser's session storage to keep your basket while you move between the menu and payment. Neither is used for tracking or advertising. Payment is completed on Stripe's payment form, which Stripe operates under its own policies.
