Try the live demo, safely.
Our demo is a sandbox hotel with simulated payments, so you can be the guest, the kitchen and the manager without anything real happening. Access is by invitation, so we can set you up with the right login and a guide if you would like one.
Nothing real happens. A yellow DEMO strip runs across every page so you always know where you are. Payments are simulated, so no card is charged. Email and printing are simulated too, and everything shown is fictional.
What you will try
The whole journey, in about ten minutes.
The demo behaves exactly like a real venue, apart from the things that must be simulated: payment, printing and email.
Be the guest
Scan a table's code, browse the menu with its dietary and allergen labels, and choose from dishes that ask for required options such as how a steak is cooked.
Build a basket and pay
Accept a suggestion, pick a tip, see VAT included, then press Simulate successful payment, or try Simulate failed payment to see that nothing reaches the kitchen.
Be the team
Watch the order arrive on the staff board, move it from Preparing to Completed, and see the guest's phone follow along.
Be the manager
Read the docket, open the order record, check the dashboard and shift report, then change a price and see it update on the guest's phone.

The demo does not show real card or wallet payments, physical printers, delivered email or behaviour under a busy service. Those are configured and verified per venue, and we will happily talk you through each.
